     Southeast Asia remains a hot spot for infrastructure cooperation among One Belt And One Road countries, with Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan, Russia, Vietnam, Brazil, Poland, Turkey, Malaysia and India among the top 10 countries in the index, according to the data.

Due to the large population, the demand for infrastructure investment and construction in southeast Asian countries continues to flourish, and there is a huge market space for countries in the region to invest in energy, transportation, public utilities and construction.Seven of the 10 countries in south-east Asia ranked in the top 20 in the index this year.Market demand indicators score higher, making the index of southeast Asian countries generally high.This year, the regional index of western Asia experienced a significant decline, and the index score of countries in the region varied greatly.Among them, Qatar, the united Arab emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iran and other countries are affected by geopolitical and international oil price fluctuations, the number of transnational infrastructure projects has significantly decreased, and the national index score has declined to varying degrees.

          In the past two years, multinational infrastructure participants have shown great enthusiasm for investment in countries along the "One Belt And One Road", and the development trend index of countries along the "One Belt And One Road" has been rising rapidly.Specifically, in 2017, the number of new contracts signed by transnational infrastructure projects in countries along the "One Belt And One Road" increased by 6.1 percent year-on-year, and the number of new contracts signed reached $430.7 billion, maintaining a stable and high growth rate.The "One Belt And One Road" international infrastructure project heat index 217.4.Among them, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other south Asian countries have high project heat index, which may become the hot market leading the development of transnational infrastructure business in countries along the "One Belt And One Road" in 2018.
